Appearance: Bebe has waist-length wavy blonde hair, that is parted on her left side, and her skin is fair. She also had emerald green eyes. She is just about five and a half feet tall, and has a rather slender physique. Rather than wearing what she usually wears canonically, since she's older, I've decided to use one of her more.. risque outfits from one particular episode ['Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset'] as an example of her usual style. Bebe wears a fluffy white shawl, a white tank top, and a red miniskirt [which only comes to just below her groin], which has a white buckle with a star in the middle of it. She sometimes has pink ribbons hanging from her hair, and heavy eye make-up.

Personality: Bebe Stevens is Wendy Testaburger's best friend, helping her in various situations throughout their lives. Bebe is usually almost always seen with Wendy, though they do have other friends. Bebe is usually most eager to talk about clothes, shoes, crushes, and other shallow things. Bebe is more likely to bring up the topics first, but never the less, she seems to regard these things as with a grain of salt as well. She can be calm and take things seriously when she needs to, even if she has a mostly shallow list of concerns. Since she was young, Bebe has had trouble with the.. sometimes undesired attention of boys. In elementary school, she was the first student to grow breasts in her class, and warranted much attention from the boys. However, she soon decided that she didn't want attention for shallow reasonings, and didn't want to grow up to be a big-breasted blonde bimbo like her mother. She was denied breast reduction surgery, which she wanted so the boys would stop fawning over her for a shallow reason. She has a dedication to becoming something later in life, and she aspires for a meaningful career, preferably as a lawyer or a marine biologist. Even despite high goals, and a somewhat serious personality, Bebe is easily influenced and often joins in on picking on others, and even had no qualms about joining the other girls in behaving like a "stupid spoiled whore" when it was a fade at the time. Out of all of her friends, Bebe apparently has the highest passion for shoes and fashion.

Abilities: Other than a pair of breasts that conspire behind her back [lulz], Bebe really doesn't have any sort of special ability, and therefore has nothing to lose/alter~

Weaknesses: Bebe's biggest weakness is the fact that she easily gives into temptation, and mob mentality. She is easily led into going along with others, even though she knows what she is doing is wrong. Luckily, she is also usually one of the first people to back down and correct the mistake, but it doesn't stop it from happening in the first place. She is rather easily distracted, and concerned with some rather unimportant matters also, when she should be thinking more about her own safety/well-being. Worrying that running around the destroyed city has ruined her heels, for example, rather than worrying about the fact that she's being tailed by a bunch of dog-sized crab monsters. She mostly looks out for herself, figuring that no one else will do so if she doesn't, and this can be a bit of a weakness for those who consider her a friend; unless she really cares for the person, she is completely willing to run and take care of herself before helping them in a life threatening situation. She is also prone to back-stabbing, lying, using, etcetc, if it is going to help her personal agenda. No one ever got to the top by being the nice girl.

History: Bebe grew up in the rural Colorado town of South Park. A town where things out of the ordinary, were in fact incredibly ordinary. She went to South Park elementary school, and was best friend with Wendy Testaburger. She fell in love with Kyle [in the episode "Clubhouses"], and tried to pursue a relationship with him, but decided that she couldn't take the codependency, and started dating Clyde. However, in some episodes, she seems to still hold feelings for Kyle, though in the episode "The List", she had no hesitation in voting him the ugliest, and voting for Clyde as the cutest simply to she can use him to get free shoes [his father owns a shoe store]. Also in the "The List", she turned on Wendy and almost killed her. After this, Wendy and Bebe were no longer best friends, and a few short months later, Bebe and her parents moved away, to live in Manhattan. Bebe was nine at the time.

Now, six years later, Bebe was living in an apartment building with her mother and father [and a five year old younger brother], and attending high school in Manhattan, during the time line of the attack. She is essentially the same type of girl she was in a child, just in a larger body, really. She has the same obsession with fashion and other pretentious matters, with the same determination to make something of herself, and a willingness to use others to accomplish that goal. She was planning to move onto a law school when she graduated, but.. this has been put on hold, due to the attack occurring.

During the night of the attack, Bebe was with her friends at a party. They were drinking at the time, and Bebe [rather intoxicated] lost her companions in the ruckus and confusion once the attack began to happen, and people started to run into the streets. Since the attack, Bebe has mostly been by herself, running into people occasionally and learning some names of survivors but not sticking around for long. She took the first opportunity to raid a store, after stumbling around in her ragged party clothes for nearly a week. Clothes are still serious business, after all. She currently resides in one of the lower floor apartments in her old apartment building. As soon as she could, she had returned to the apartment building [or what was left of it], and couldn't find her family in their wrecked apartment, which was on one of the top floors. She hasn't seen them since, and has no idea if they [or any of her friends] are dead or alive. She assumes most people she knew were either killed, or evacuated, and hasn't had any contact with any familiars since the attack. Shes kind of wishing they had never left South Park now. At least the crazy antics there never involved sea monsters.

Well, sometimes they did..
